Moto pure X 2015 gets marshmallow update. When Motorola started the Android 6.0 soak test on the Moto X Pure Edition (2015) in the US last week, it said that if everything goes fine, a full launch could happen in a week. Looks like the test went smooth as the official update has started rolling out.
As always, the news was announced by Motorola’s senior director of software product management David Schuster on Google+, noting that the update is currently rolling out to Moto X Pure Edition devices on Verizon, Sprint, and US Cellular.
He also revealed that the company has started the Android 6.0 soak test for the device’s international variant – the Moto X Play (2015) – in Brazil and India, as well as for the Moto X Force in Brazil.
